Client Service Associate (Fintech)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas; candidates must live in or near the Kansas City metropolitan area

What you will do

• Support daily business operations and coordinate workflow for a financial advisory office.
• Work with the home office to set up accounts accurately, resolve issues, and maintain records.
• Respond to client and prospect questions, schedule appointments, and maintain client contact throughout the financial planning process.
• Maintain the client management system and update client information for review meetings.
• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations, product solutions, charts, graphs, tables, and other client meeting materials for advisor review.
• Coordinate client appreciation events and seminars and participate in client meetings when necessary.

Requirements

• College degree or higher, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Mathematics.
• At least 2 years of similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow business, professional, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Polite and clear phone manner, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Must live in or near the Kansas City metropolitan area.
