What you will do
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for customer-specific legal technology challenges.
- Collaborate with experienced AI researchers and engineers to build, test, and deploy machine learning models in production.
- Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and closed-source models across Content AI, Document AI, and related applications.
- Improve retrieval and reasoning quality while testing AI systems for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Support secure, cloud-agnostic enterprise software development and troubleshoot model drift and performance bottlenecks.
- Research model efficiency, maintain AI workflow and deployment documentation, and contribute to the AI/ML product roadmap.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with traditional machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or other NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow for monitoring and deployment.
- Exposure to real-world projects involving data analysis, predictive modeling, or automation.
- Interest in legal technology or experience working with enterprise-grade systems.
