Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid role requiring residence within commuting distance and on-site work an average of 2.5 days per week. Travel to conferences and team meetings is required approximately four times per year. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
Annual base salary: $239,900–$399,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Provide clinical development leadership across two to three oncology study teams within the Thoracic team.
- Support study design, conduct, analysis, and maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents.
- Conduct medical monitoring, including eligibility assessment, clinical data review, and safety monitoring.
- Interpret clinical data, identify key findings, and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators and address clinical issues with study teams, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, medical affairs, clinical operations, investigators, and patient advocacy groups.
Requirements
- Primary medical degree such as MD, DO, MBBS, or MBChB from a recognized medical school or university.
- At least four years of professional experience and at least two years of independent prescribing licensure after internship, house officer, or foundation training.
- Clinical development experience and oncology experience are required.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization and authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer are required.
- U.S. work visa sponsorship, including TN, O-1, and H-1B sponsorship, is not available now or in the future.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, influence peers, develop and coach colleagues, and guide work toward meaningful outcomes.
Nice to have
- Late-stage clinical development experience.
- Thoracic oncology experience.
- Board certification or eligibility in oncology, or equivalent qualification.
