Senior Technical Designer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Support the implementation, integration, validation, and maintenance of mission content, gameplay flows, and branching sequences.
• Collaborate with Level Designers and Technical Design teams to maintain mission quality and consistency.
• Define, document, and improve guidelines for mission flow and visual scripting.
• Review mission implementations against technical standards and the project’s creative vision.
• Troubleshoot mission workflow and scripting issues, analyze Jira tickets, resolve straightforward cases, and escalate complex issues.
• Create and maintain node-based scripting systems and help test and improve internal mission creation tools.

Requirements

• Experience in technical design, mission scripting, or level design support.
• Knowledge of node-based visual scripting systems.
• Familiarity with Unreal Blueprints or similar scripting tools.
• Understanding of mission flow, gameplay integration, validation, and branching logic.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and production issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• CV and a portfolio or project links highlighting relevant skills and experience.
