Business Line Trainer I - CAM & TCC (Banking)

Location: Getzville, New York, United States of America; requires 10%–25% travel to training locations

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs for assigned business lines.
• Schedule and support training at multiple locations, including 10%–25% travel.
• Assist with developing training materials and evaluating courses.
• Suggest course improvements based on evaluations and feedback.
• Co-facilitate specialized training programs under the guidance of senior trainers or managers.
• Follow company and regulatory compliance, operational risk, audit, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus at least 2 years of related business-line experience.
• Alternatively, 4 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years of related business-line experience.
• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within the relevant discipline.
• Good understanding of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work in Getzville, New York, and travel 10%–25% to training locations.
