Legal Associate/Analyst – Paralegal (Dallas)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite at the Dallas office

hirify.global is a global financial services firm with an Asset Wealth Management Division supporting private equity, credit, and real estate funds and transactions.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and dissolve legal entities, including drafting and reviewing formation documents, governing documents, and resolutions.
• Assist with management of the global legal entity database and respond to internal and external inquiries about corporate information.
• Support anti-money laundering and KYC requests.
• Coordinate information across the firm for antitrust filings and work with outside counsel.
• Respond to regulatory requests and review documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional corporate governance tasks as needed.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Ability to work proactively and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to work with diverse colleagues.
• Keen interest in legal frameworks, finance, and private equity.
• JD is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal entity formation and knowledge of legal entity structures.
• Prior paralegal experience.
