Siemens Energy Finance Excellence Summer Intern (P)

Location: Orlando, Florida; Houston, Texas; Raleigh, North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Willingness and ability to relocate within the US is required.

What you will do

• Support finance activities across accounting, operations finance, commercial project management, sales, and business controlling.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other financial systems to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
• Support process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, mentors, and cross-functional teams on business projects.
• Develop practical knowledge of hirify.global products, technologies, customers, and the energy industry.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related business field, with graduation by May 2028.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive working style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Must be willing and able to relocate within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel and data tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, or Alteryx.
