Business Development Manager (IT Recruiting)

Salary: $500–$1,000 per month net, plus 20% of each project brought in

What you will do

• Find and contact B2B clients in IT, startups, and digital businesses.
• Process inbound leads and conduct cold outreach.
• Book meetings and participate in initial client calls.
• Help prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Track deals and communicate with potential partners.
• Gradually take greater ownership of the sales function.

Requirements

• Interest in sales, business development, and the IT market.
• Basic understanding of IT and marketing.
• Clear communication and strong ability to present ideas.
• Independence, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• English level and any sales, IT, or marketing experience should be described in the application.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales, business development, IT, or marketing.
