What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on current analytical and execution priorities.
• Prepare data pulls, models, and pre-reads to support informed and timely decisions.
• Execute initiatives ranging from board preparation to company offsite coordination.
• Own at least one workstream end to end, including delivery and accountability.
• Identify repetitive leadership workflows and automate them using AI.
• Document decisions, assign owners, and track actions through completion.

Requirements

• Degree from KTH, Handels, or a similar institution.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Consultant's mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Ability to balance speed with precision and move between strategic and operational work.
• Existing use of AI to improve personal productivity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, initiative, and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Previous internship at BCG, McKinsey, or a similar firm.
• Exposure to hardware, IT, or SaaS.
• Fluent Swedish.
