Associate Customer Onboarding Manager (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City Office, New York, United States

Salary: $29.81–$35.10 per hour

What you will do

• Guide new customers through a smooth and timely onboarding and implementation experience.
• Monitor onboarding checklists, account setup, milestones, and first payroll completion.
• Identify blockers and coordinate resolutions with internal partners.
• Respond to inbound customer questions within service-level agreements and provide clear product guidance.
• Maintain customer communication through check-ins, follow-ups, completion updates, and handoff communications.
• Support early customer value, conversion, and revenue growth through consultative interactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs.
• Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter.
• Ability to work in the hybrid New York City Office arrangement.
