TL;DR
Program Manager (ERP/P2P/Coupa): Leading the design, implementation, and adoption of Coupa Hosted Catalog capabilities across enterprise Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and IT with an accent on supplier enablement, P2P process design, ERP integrations, and governance. Focus on coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing SIT/UAT and deployment, driving change management, and stabilizing the solution after go-live.

What you will do
- Lead the design, build, governance, testing, deployment, and adoption of a Coupa Hosted Catalog solution.
- Manage the program roadmap, implementation plan, resources, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT, Finance, Legal, suppliers, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Oversee supplier onboarding, catalog content deployment, procurement process design, and integrations with ERP systems.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, production readiness, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop change management, communications, training, and user adoption plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations and business transformations.
- At least 7 years leading large, cross-functional technology or business transformation programs and at least 5 years implementing procurement, sourcing, or P2P technology solutions.
- Experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, SAP SRM, Jaggaer, or similar procurement platforms.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, procurement master data, supplier enablement, catalog governance, and hosted catalog solutions.
- Experience coordinating procurement-platform integrations with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and managing large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, resource planning, governance, risk management, executive reporting, Agile, and Waterfall delivery.
Nice to have
- Direct experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs, Coupa Procurement, Coupa P2P, or Coupa Supplier Management.
- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and knowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, and supplier connectivity standards.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
- Utility, energy, regulated-industry, supply chain, or broader procurement experience.
