Middle Affiliate Manager (iGaming): Building and managing affiliate partnerships in the Argentine market across webmasters, influencers, streamers, and SEO partners with an accent on commercial deal-making, traffic quality, and partner performance. Focus on scaling 50+ active partnerships, detecting fraud, optimizing FTD and retention metrics, and expanding across LATAM.
We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager for the Argentine market, with further expansion across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
β Search, negotiate, and sign partners across three channels: B2B webmasters (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), influencers and streamers (Twitch/YouTube/Kick/IG), and SEO webmasters.
β Agree on commercial terms: CPA rates, RevShare %, hybrid deals, fixed fee + bonuses for streamers.
β Manage the partner pipeline from first contact to signing and onboarding.
β Monitor traffic quality: FTD rate, retention, fraud detection, and removal of low-quality partners.
β Communicate with partners, maintain relationships, and develop existing deals.
β Work with the tracking platform.
β Analyze partner performance.
β Participate in LATAM iGaming conferences.
β Work with automation: use of AI agents (experience is a plus).
Requirements:
β 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager in iGaming (casino/sportsbook).
β Must have: proven experience working with the Argentine market β knowledge of local networks, key webmasters in AR, Spanish-speaking streamers, and regional funnel specifics; and an existing partner base in AR.
β Understanding of metrics: FTD, NGR, ARPU, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
β English B1+.
β Self-sufficiency and ability to manage 50+ active partners simultaneously.
Nice to have:
β’ Experience with Tier-2 LATAM (Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia) β for expansion after AR.
β’ Cases with performance results (can show numbers from previous projects).
β’ Being based in Warsaw and readiness to work in an office.
