Flight Test Software Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse, France; onsite work at the Flight and Integration Tests Center

What you will do

• Generate software packages from developer components and verify compliance with operational requirements.
• Deploy packages to test benches and execute integration and non-regression test plans.
• Analyze anomalies and maintain traceability through configuration management and ticketing systems.
• Deliver final software packages securely to onboard flight test systems with complete documentation.
• Improve working methods, modernize procedures, and increase test automation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT systems integration activities and test environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for test automation and deliverable generation.
• Experience with Git or SVN and Jira for software configuration management and traceability.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Basic SQL database querying skills.
• Technical English is required for reading documentation and writing incident tickets; eligibility for security clearance is required.
