TL;DR
Translation PM (Translation/Project Management): Managing translation projects for multicultural, global teams with an accent on organization, communication, and coordination across time zones. Focus on coordinating fast-paced workflows, collaborating across cultures, and using translation management tools such as SDL Trados.
Location: 100% remote, exclusively for candidates based in Latin America
Schedules are available Monday to Friday during 09:00 AM–05:30 PM EST, 11:00 AM–07:30 PM EST, or 07:00 PM–03:30 AM EST.

What you will do
- Manage translation projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate work with global, cross-cultural teams.
- Organize project workflows and maintain effective communication.
- Support translation operations using relevant project and translation tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfort working with global, cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to work one of the specified EST schedules.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SDL Trados.
