What you will do
- Manage manufacturing activities, production availability, customer service requirements, MRP, Kanban, and manufacturing orders.
- Monitor component and finished-goods inventory, planning data, Kanban levels, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
- Coordinate production priorities, overtime requirements, capacity issues, component constraints, expedited deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Lead or participate in process improvement activities, identify root causes, and implement solutions with manufacturing and cross-functional partners.
- Support safety compliance, audits, process documentation, employee training, and related production projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous materials management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kanban and pull systems, preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, responsibility, and self-motivation skills required.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support. Willingness to work extra hours as production or project needs require.
