Business Development Team Lead (Fintech)

Location: Remote from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers focused on the GCC market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets in line with regional goals.
• Develop strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Train team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and partner experience.
• Analyze team performance, present reports to senior management, and lead participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex or CFD business development focused on the GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Proven success managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
