TL;DR
Survey Scripting Specialist (JavaScript): Programming market research questionnaires using VB-based software with an accent on survey scripting, questionnaire quality, and cross-functional communication. Focus on developing survey logic, coordinating with project management, research, and QA teams, and delivering multiple projects accurately within deadlines.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office
Salary: EUR 1,750–1,950 per month

What you will do
- Program market research questionnaires using VB-based survey scripting software.
- Coordinate with project management, research, QA, and other departments to complete survey programming projects.
- Support the Strategic Analytics & Insights division.
- Manage several projects in parallel while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience with survey scripting.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and/or HTML.
- Very good command of English for writing and comprehension.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Understanding of the market research industry and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unicom Intelligence Professional (mrStudio).
- Knowledge of VB or VBA.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
