[EU] ICT Incident Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Detect, escalate, document, and resolve ICT-related incidents to minimize operational disruption.
• Manage communication and reporting for ICT and encryption-related incidents, including EU regulatory communications and company announcements.
• Implement ICT business continuity, response, and recovery plans during crises and regular exercises.
• Coordinate incident responses with stakeholders and help prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and support the global ICT incident and communication practice.
• Handle additional IT duties assigned by the EU CISO.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services with strong knowledge of banking regulation and initial experience with DORA.
• Experience with incident management tools and IT service management.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience implementing and managing projects, with strong communication, learning, multitasking, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and English are mandatory.
• Must work in person at the Vienna headquarters.
