Planning Analytics Business Enablement Analyst (TM1)

Location: Budapest, Hungary — hybrid working (60/40) at hirify.global Business Services, Váci Greens

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–14,592,000 per year

What you will do

• Support global Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions used for budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, operational guides, test scripts, data dictionaries, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, demand intake, governance, and project status reporting.
• Prepare and coordinate SIT and UAT scenarios, execute tests, document results, report defects, and support resolution.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, change communications, and knowledge-transfer sessions for system rollouts.
• Provide first-line functional support during hypercare and help operational teams establish sustainable support capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Data/Analytics, or system support.
• Experience with structured documentation, training materials, system specifications, or operational specifications.
• Understanding of testing and project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to coordinate workstreams, analyze data and test outcomes, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience with testing or UAT and exposure to system implementation or enhancement projects.
• Basic understanding of planning tools such as TM1, Anaplan, or BPC.
