FEC Consultant (Client Monitoring Effectiveness)

What you will do

• Assess the coverage and effectiveness of client monitoring triggers for natural persons in Wealth Management and Personal Banking.
• Define data requirements, source data from relevant parties, and interpret findings.
• Build coverage assessments and document backtesting exercises, tests, findings, and conclusions.
• Present findings and align stakeholders across First Line, Second Line, and Third Line/Audit.
• Support a high-visibility regulatory deliverable through the end of March.

Requirements

• Medior-level experience in client monitoring, including triggers, principles, and best practices.
• Strong Financial Economic Crime knowledge, ideally in a Dutch regulatory context.
• Experience designing or executing effectiveness assessment methodologies.
• Ability to define data requirements and interpret data to reach conclusions.
• Strong PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English and immediate availability required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or Power BI.
