Stage - Tooling Integration & Process Design (Network Office)

Location: Hybrid work in Den Haag, Netherlands; regular office presence is expected. Temporary work from abroad is permitted for up to 30 working days per 12 months within the EU and designated countries, with prior approval. Long-term work from abroad is not permitted.

Salary: €750 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, plus a role-based bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare an integration between ServiceNow and Jira Cloud for the Network department.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories with stakeholders.
• Analyze and design target end-to-end processes connecting ITIL-based ServiceNow workflows with Agile work management in Jira.
• Build and validate a proof of concept and explore next steps toward an MVP.
• Deliver an approach plan and advisory report with integration recommendations.
• Coordinate with product owners, team members, system architects, and governance teams.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business IT, Business Informatics, or a related field in the Netherlands.
• Interest in and basic understanding of systems integration and/or process design.
• Proactive, curious, empathic, decisive, people-focused, authentic, and honest approach.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office presence in Den Haag.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with process modeling, APIs, integrations, Agile, and ITIL/ITSM ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Dutch language skills.
