Experienced Clinical Research Associate, FSP Belgium

Location: Zaventem, Belgium; candidates must be Belgium based. The role includes flexibility to travel and requires a class B driver’s license.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
• Evaluate site practices for quality, integrity, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical trials.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English; Belgium-based availability is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to travel and a class B driver’s license.
