Focus on leading roadmap projects, resolving Sentry and system-integration issues, supporting UAT and production operations, and onboarding new deals into the target operating model.

What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert for private markets solutions, supporting private credit and hybrid private market funds from loan onboarding through ongoing loan management and NAV deliverables.
- Lead product and business roadmap projects with Private Debt Operations, Product, and Technology teams to design business models, launch products, and improve processes and technology.
- Support the development of Loan Administration, Loan Agency, and Collateralized Loan Obligation products.
- Partner with business development on client demonstrations and onboard new deals into the target operating model.
- Resolve private debt processing queries involving Sentry and integrations with internal and external systems, while coordinating with the SaaS vendor on training gaps, bugs, and enhancements.
- Participate in UAT, output validation, production support, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3–6 years in Private Debt.
- 3–4 years of experience using the Sentry portfolio management platform.
- Strong understanding of Private Debt products, accounting, and processes, including Loan Administration, Loan Agency, and Collateralized Loan Obligations.
- Ability to support requirements definition and testing for business and application requests.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and staff at all organizational levels.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
