Product Manager (Philippines)

What you will do

• Support the Product Director in identifying and implementing game features and products aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize and plan features using stakeholder input, processes, roadmaps, and an agile product backlog.
• Analyze player behavior, define data-gathering needs, and use surveys, polls, and customer interviews to collect feedback.
• Develop and document product pitches to improve player engagement and purchase intentions.
• Enable LiveOps events and features, manage backlog items, and coordinate delivery across product, design, art, engineering, and QA.
• Track KPIs after launch, run A/B tests and experiments, research competitors, and recommend future improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience building a public-facing digital product is preferred.
• Experience managing a product backlog and building features with a team.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Atlassian, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment from the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Proactive, creative, organized, and able to make sound decisions while balancing process with delivery needs.

Nice to have

• Background as a designer, producer, or project manager with a foundation in product management.
• Experience and passion for gaming and digital entertainment.
