What you will do
- Act as the connection point between business stakeholders and technology teams for digital product strategy and execution.
- Manage roadmaps and backlogs for e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
- Work with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other teams to define specifications and prioritize product work.
- Analyze product metrics and KPIs to identify improvements and support decision-making.
- Support user research, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve customer experience and product outcomes.
- Manage technology partners, service contracts, SLAs, supplier relationships, quotations, and RFP processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project and squad management tools.
- Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, web and mobile technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong communication, organization, adaptability, customer focus, and problem-solving skills; relevant digital product experience in e-commerce or mobile applications is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Product Management or Agile certifications or specializations.
- Previous experience delivering digital products, preferably in e-commerce or mobile applications.
