Chief Accountant (Gaming)

Location: Fully remote with flexible schedules and core working hours from 10am-4pm CET.

What you will do

• Oversee full accounting and tax compliance for hirify.global SE.
• Prepare annual financial statements, including notes, cash flow, and deferred tax information.
• Coordinate annual and half-year audits and support quarterly financial statement preparation for the stock exchange.
• Calculate and submit CIT, VAT, VAT EU, IFT/WHT, JPK, GUS, and NBP reports.
• Monitor Polish government reporting requirements, including KSeF and CIT-JPK.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least four years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish tax legislation, including VAT, VAT EU, WHT, CIT, and MDR.
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, self-discipline, and time management.
• Good knowledge of English and the ability to work remotely.
