Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; hybrid work at the designated site is required, and fully remote work is not offered.
Salary: $19.00–$55.00 per hour

What you will do
- Create scientific and medical content, including slide presentations, literature reviews, and scientific summaries.
- Support the Strategy Team by tracking and executing key initiatives and providing team coverage.
- Help plan and coordinate advisory boards, congresses, and webinars, including logistics and content preparation.
- Support review and approval of promotional and medical materials for scientific accuracy, balanced data presentation, appropriate referencing, regulatory compliance, and alignment with medical communication standards.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and partner functions to gain exposure to drug development and product lifecycle management.
- Present completed work in a final PowerPoint presentation near the end of the internship.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
- Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. college or university and remain enrolled full-time in the following fall semester.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8; official transcripts may be requested.
- Must already be independently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future school or employer sponsorship.
- Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August and work at the designated site; relocation may be required.

- Undergraduate, graduate, MBA, PhD, or PharmD education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
