Associate Clinical Lead Director (CAR-T and Cell Gene Therapy)

Salary: $106,100–$295,500 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional and global clinical trials in accordance with protocols, contracts, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Set clinical strategies, manage recruitment targets, and develop risk mitigation and operational plans.
• Oversee clinical quality, compliance measurement, issue management, and project-level clinical finances, including EAC tracking.
• Manage clinical teams, resourcing, talent planning, project training, team meetings, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, resolve issues, and report progress according to project requirements.
• Support business proposals, bid defense activities, Clinical Operations Plans, mentoring, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• 10 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines, clinical trial conduct, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Consolidated knowledge of project management practices, project finances, planning, prioritization, and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English.
• Leadership, negotiation, mentoring, decision-making, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills.
