Location: Hybrid, with in-person client sessions required in Yilan, Lugu, Zhushan, Nantou City, Taichung, or Hualien, Taiwan

What you will do

• Provide structured counselling and psychotherapy for adult clients.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Apply clinical best practices such as measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Conduct client sessions in person from an appropriately equipped office.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MA, MC, MSc, MRFT, or MSW.
• Current independent licence and full registration to practise counselling in the relevant jurisdiction, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• At least three years of postgraduate experience providing structured counselling or psychotherapy.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices.
• Office space suitable for in-person client sessions in one of the required Taiwan locations.
• Ability to work with adults and experience managing clinical risk and crises.

Nice to have

• Specialization in trauma, neurodiversity, women’s health, or chronic or acute health conditions.
• Experience working with children, couples, and families.
• Proficiency in providing counselling in multiple languages.
