Senior Software Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Silverwater, Australia; 4:1 on-site working arrangement

What you will do

• Design, architect, develop, and deliver game products and critical software components.
• Write, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and debug software applications.
• Research and incorporate new technologies into systems and products.
• Apply software architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and configuration management practices.
• Lead projects, delegate responsibilities, collaborate with engineers, and provide architecture guidance.
• Mentor developers and contribute to software development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience on a software development team and 4+ years of gaming development experience.
• Excellent C# or TypeScript programming skills.
• Working knowledge of Unity or Godot game engines.
• 5+ years of experience with build automation, continuous integration, unit testing, change management, configuration management, and software methodologies.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including technical documentation, operating systems, and development or modeling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
