What you will do

  • Service, repair, install, and maintain gaming equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with the technical team.
  • Manage service inventory and maintain accurate repair and installation records.
  • Travel to client locations and provide customer support, equipment guidance, and maintenance training.
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent service requests.
  • Follow safety standards and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Full New Zealand driver's license required.
  • Experience or technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
