Cloud Operations Specialist (Azure)

Location: Chiasso, Switzerland, based at the Chiasso HQ. The role includes a rotating evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET one week every six weeks and an on-call schedule from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET one week every twelve weeks.

Annual gross salary: CHF 53,000 plus applicable shift and on-call allowances.

What you will do

• Learn the hirify.global platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environment.
• Coordinate troubleshooting to identify and resolve cloud issues.
• Oversee support requests from customers worldwide.
• Provide timely feedback and follow-ups to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist colleagues with troubleshooting and error resolution.

Requirements

• Degree or educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• Fluent English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in the rotating evening and on-call schedules.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to a cloud provider.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and Windows servers.
