What you will do

• Develop and analyze financial models and customized company valuations.
• Prepare client presentations and support relationship development.
• Structure and execute mergers and acquisitions, fixed-income transactions, equity issuances, and other financial transactions.
• Manage transaction processes and lead due diligence activities.
• Coordinate tax advisors, attorneys, and banking teams across groups and regions.
• Participate in legal negotiations and maintain client communication.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Native Japanese language skills.
• Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and the ability to work effectively across groups and regions.
