What you will do

• Support the design, analysis, and testing of components for missile subsystems, including propulsion, guidance systems, and power electronics.
• Conduct simulations, modeling, prototyping, research, and development for critical hardware.
• Gather and analyze test data to inform engineering design decisions.
• Help assemble, integrate, and test subsystems in real-world test environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams while documenting designs, test results, and project progress.
• Participate in technical reviews, design meetings, and team briefings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior, senior, or graduate-level student preferred.
• Strong academic record with coursework in mechanical design, propulsion, power systems, or related subjects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Access to export-controlled information may require compliance with U.S. Government authorization, security clearance, citizenship, or other eligibility requirements if applicable.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hardware design, testing, data acquisition, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with missile systems, defense technology, or aerospace components.
• Experience from laboratory work, academic projects, or internships.
