Senior Consultant, Real-World Evidence (RWE) & HEOR (Healthcare Analytics): Conducting outcomes research using claims databases, hospital EMR data, surveys, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence networks with an accent on study protocols, statistical analysis plans, health economic models, and regulatory evidence generation. Focus on designing and executing observational studies, analyzing multi-source healthcare data, supporting risk management planning, and presenting findings to clients and scientific audiences.

What you will do
- Conduct HEOR and outcomes research, including database studies, observational studies, cross-sectional surveys, and patient-reported outcomes research.
- Develop, review, implement, and execute prospective and retrospective research protocols, statistical analysis plans, and reports.
- Source, search, collect, and generate local healthcare data; contribute to complex health economic models and analytical plans.
- Manage projects, liaise with clients, attend meetings, and present research findings and analyses.
- Support business development, proposal development, internal knowledge sharing, and presentations.
- Prepare and present abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and conference materials; contribute to post-marketing evidence and multi-site RWE networks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of outcomes research experience using real-world data, including claims databases and hospital EMR data.
- Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health, Health or Medical Informatics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with RWD-based research projects, publications, or scientific communications.
- Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language: SAS, R, or Python.
- Understanding of the Korean healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry environment.
- Good English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience with post-marketing evidence generation, risk management planning, safety evaluation, drug utilization assessment, or post-authorization studies.
- Experience with multi-site RWE studies, hospital EMR data, data partnerships, research networks, data governance, IRB/DRB strategies, or standardized analytical approaches.
