Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build secure, automated self-service pathways that accelerate development while maintaining organizational standards.
• Design Kubernetes-native abstractions, including controllers and operators, and modularize infrastructure into independent service lifecycles.
• Manage infrastructure, policies, and configuration through a versioned, reviewed, tested, and CI-gated software development lifecycle.
• Own production reliability through observability, clear SLOs, accurate alerting, and blameless postmortems.

Requirements

• Strong production-scale GCP experience, including GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native, declarative infrastructure and platform engineering for self-service and separation of concerns.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Strong software engineering ability in Go and/or Python, with experience writing production code.
• Experience applying least-privilege IAM, secret hygiene, policy controls, and software supply-chain security.
• Production-first approach to reliability, observability, recoverability, and ownership of shipped systems.

Nice to have

• Policy-as-code with OPA/Conftest or Kyverno and CI security tooling.
• SLO, error-budget, and DORA-based delivery measurement experience.
• Multicloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Big Data or MLOps exposure, including Airflow, Dagster, Ray, or Kubeflow.
• Experience with AI-assisted or spec-driven development.
