Working Student Talent Acquisition (Aerospace): Supporting the recruitment lifecycle for a fast-growing aerospace company building launch vehicles and satellite launch solutions with an accent on active sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruiting analytics. Focus on managing ATS data, setting up KPIs, coordinating recruiting events, and improving talent attraction processes.
Location: Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany; onsite work required at least 2 days per week

What you will do
- Source candidates actively across multiple channels and support candidate engagement.
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support first interviews and publish job advertisements on career pages and job boards.
- Maintain Greenhouse, the applicant tracking system, with accurate and up-to-date data.
- Support talent attraction projects, including KPI setup and recruiting analytics.
- Support recruiting events and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and availability to work onsite at least 2 days per week in Parsdorf, Germany.
Nice to have
- Practical exposure to recruiting or HR through an internship, working student role, or project.
- German language skills.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
