BDR Team Lead (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage daily pipeline execution, call activity, and meeting volume across a BDR team.
• Listen to sales calls, provide real-time coaching, and identify conversion blockers.
• Hire and onboard new BDRs and help them become productive quickly.
• Track individual KPIs, address performance issues early, and support improvement.
• Connect the team with leadership by translating direction into daily operating habits.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records and reliable pipeline data.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Native Portuguese and strong written and verbal English.
• Coaching-oriented management style with a focus on developing people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to operational detail.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment with clear accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality technology, online travel, or B2B SaaS.
