Senior Business Process Lead - Supply & Material Planning (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Own the EMEA Supply & Material Planning process framework across six manufacturing sites, covering demand translation, MRP, capacity planning, replenishment, and governance.
• Define KPI frameworks and lead corrective actions to improve service, inventory, planning accuracy, adherence, and cost.
• Lead regional change initiatives, coach local planning teams, and support sustainable adoption of standardized processes.
• Drive process design, fit-gap assessments, solution validation, data migration, and business readiness during the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Identify simplification, automation, advanced planning, and integration opportunities including SAP IBP, while resolving complex cross-functional issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain process leadership in a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in MRP, production planning, material management, and end-to-end supply planning.
• Deep working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP IBP or GIB is advantageous.
• Experience leading regional or enterprise-wide process harmonization, ERP transformation, or operating model redesign.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an asset.
