Head of Treasury (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize daily cash flows, cash positions, intraday liquidity, and liquidity placement under banking regulatory constraints.
• Lead a treasury team of three, including two Treasury Managers and a Treasury & Systems Expert responsible for SEPA, SWIFT, and treasury infrastructure.
• Own the treasury workstream for the transition from payment institution operations to a fully licensed bank, including gap analysis and implementation roadmap.
• Execute ALM strategies approved by the ALM Committee and translate them into operational actions.
• Coordinate with Product & Tech to align core banking systems with banking requirements.
• Work with Risk & Compliance on regulatory implementation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing significant cash volumes, daily positions, intraday liquidity, and cash flows in a bank or large corporate environment.
• Experience working within a licensed bank or an organization operating under banking treasury constraints.
• Fluency with payment infrastructure and treasury management tools, including SEPA, SWIFT, Kyriba, Murex, or SAP.
• Experience managing a treasury or finance team of at least 2–3 people.
• Experience executing ALM directives and converting them into operational processes.
• Fluent French is required for ACPR interactions and the French banking environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with PSP-to-bank transformations or building treasury infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience working with banking product, engineering, Risk, Compliance, or core banking teams.
