Junior Systems AIV Engineer (Space Systems)

Location: Hybrid role in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain. Includes on-site work at customer facilities and up to 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area.

What you will do

• Support the integration, verification, and validation of satellite ground systems.
• Execute test plans, procedures, and reports at subsystem and system levels.
• Participate in deployment, integration, and troubleshooting at project and customer sites.
• Collaborate with subsystem teams on interface validation and functional integration.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, integration records, and verification matrices.
• Apply ECSS-based engineering and testing methodologies to NewSpace and institutional missions.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Jira, X-Ray, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
