Alternance, Content & Video Production

Location: Paris, France; office at Station F with flexible remote days.

Marble is a climate tech venture studio partnering with scientists, engineers, and operators to build companies addressing major challenges in energy, industry, agriculture, and climate resilience.

What you will do

• Script, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose podcasts, webinars, interviews, archival footage, and production assets into polished video clips.
• Clean, mix, and enhance audio for podcasts and promotional videos.
• Handle basic lighting, camera setup, audio recording, framing, and visual storytelling for shoots.
• Create thumbnails and campaign visuals using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Monitor social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms to improve content formats and engagement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a programme eligible for an apprenticeship (Contrat d’Apprentissage).
• Demonstrated video editing experience and a strong portfolio of visual content.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools; Canva proficiency is required, while Figma and Photoshop are advantageous.
• Strong visual and creative sense, with experience maintaining brand coherence across content formats.
• Comfort with photography and videography, plus the ability to work quickly in changing startup environments.
• AI-savvy, with practical experience using AI tools, prompting, and tools such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, or Seedance. Fluent English is required; French is preferred but not mahirify.globaltory.

Nice to have

• Filmmaking experience and end-to-end visual storytelling skills.
• Passion for climate tech, startups, venture capital, and climate deeptech companies.
• Experience with Slack, Notion, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation, initiative, and attention to detail.
