What you will do
- Create mobile video ads designed to engage large audiences.
- Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new ideas for mobile apps.
- Analyze how creative work performs and understand the factors driving results.
- Collaborate within a small, diverse creative squad.
- Support products including BeReal, Wizz, and new apps.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as testing new tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; more senior profiles are welcome.
- Full proficiency in video editing and content creation.
- Expert-level knowledge of After Effects.
- Creative mindset and a hacker mindset.
- Understanding of how creative work impacts marketing performance.
- Fluent English, both oral and written, and familiarity with the mobile app market.
