TL;DR
UA Manager (Mobile Gaming) (mobile user acquisition): Managing and optimizing campaigns for Two Dots, Dragon City, and Monster Legends with an accent on channel execution, creative testing, budgeting, and performance analysis. Focus on improving CPI, ROAS, and IPM, coordinating with Creative, Product, ASO, and BI teams, and driving efficient user growth.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid model with at least 2 days per week in the Barcelona office

is a mobile game studio within the Zynga and Take-Two Interactive family, creating social games including Dragon City, Two Dots, Top Troops, and Monster Legends.
What you will do
- Manage daily user acquisition operations across social, SDK, and programmatic channels.
- Execute campaigns end to end, including setup, optimization, budgeting, pacing, and reporting.
- Run structured tests across creatives, audiences, and channels to improve CPI, ROAS, and IPM.
- Monitor performance dashboards and identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Work with Creative, Product, ASO, and BI teams to improve the full user funnel.
- Track platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience running ad networks or social campaigns.
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven approach with confidence working with data.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution, MMPs, ad networks, and UA platforms.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile gaming and free-to-play environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools.
- Experience working on a live game or app at scale.
