SRE (Antifraud)

Location: Worldwide; remote work available. Flexible work from an office or remotely, with relocation support to Cyprus, Georgia, Spain, Serbia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of financial crime prevention platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for real-time financial crime detection services.
• Monitor service metrics and collaborate with DevOps engineers.
• Write and maintain deployment scripts, configurations, Helm charts, and CI/CD jobs.
• Investigate incidents, resolve product failures, identify root causes, and participate in on-call duties.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering for web services.
• Understanding of multi-component system architecture, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, templates, secrets handling, and containerization.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus/VM and ELK, including dashboards, alerts, RED/USE, and the Four Golden Signals.
• Experience with SLI/SLOs, error budgets, on-call operations, incident response, root-cause analysis, databases, key-value stores, Kafka, Bash, and Python.
