PM / Operations Manager (Telecommunications)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; mostly hybrid with remote work and customer site work

What you will do

• Translate contracts into integrated scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning, weekly performance reviews, and governance.
• Manage regional ramp-up, contractor capacity, milestones, critical paths, risks, changes, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate OSS/BSS, GIS, NOC, vendors, warehouses, supply chain, and field deployment processes.
• Establish controlled operating plans, maintain delivery pace, and protect contractual commitments.
• Support stable operational launch, scale, compliance, and evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Project Management-related discipline.
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia are required.
• Experience managing telecommunications infrastructure or utility programs.
• Experience leading multifunctional and contractor-based regional delivery.
• Knowledge of program controls, WBS, scheduling, risk, change, and cost management.
• Experience with OLT, OSP, GIS, NOC, telecommunications deployment lifecycles, contractual governance, and performance reporting; availability for travel and field work is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
