PM / Operations Manager (FTTH)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; mostly hybrid, combining remote work with customer site and field work.

What you will do

• Translate agreements into integrated scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and operating baselines.
• Lead cross-functional planning, weekly performance reviews, governance, and evidence-based reporting.
• Manage regional ramp-up, contracted OSP capacity, milestones, critical paths, risks, changes, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate OSS/BSS, GIS, NOC, vendors, warehouses, field processes, and network deployment readiness.
• Resolve dependencies, control costs, protect contractual commitments, and maintain delivery pace.
• Enable stable operational launch and scale while maintaining safe and compliant execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia are required.
• Solid experience managing telecom infrastructure or utility programs.
• Experience leading multifunctional and contractor-based regional delivery.
• Knowledge of program controls, WBS, scheduling, risk, change, and cost management.
• Experience with OLT, OSP, GIS, NOC, and the telecom deployment lifecycle.
• Experience in contractual governance and performance reporting.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification.
