Sr. Site Reliability Engineer / SWE

What you will do

• Provide primary support for developer tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory.
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues and improve developer workflows and self-service automation.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrations, and container infrastructure.
• Design and operate highly available, scalable, and performant systems.
• Build observability solutions covering metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 3–8 years of experience in SRE, DevTools support, IT operations, or production engineering.
• Programming or scripting experience in at least two listed technologies, such as Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Chef, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows, distributed computing, networking, containers, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, observability platforms, relational and non-relational databases, and distributed container platforms.
• Availability for on-call support as part of a 24/7 operational service and proficiency in at least one major DevTool.
