Social Media & Content Manager (Short-Form Video/Social Media): Managing and growing a personal injury law firm’s and lead attorney’s online presence through short-form videos, platform publishing, and audience engagement with an accent on video editing, cross-platform distribution, and culturally relevant messaging for a U.S. audience. Focus on transforming raw footage and firm insights into high-performing content, maintaining consistent publishing across five platforms, and aligning personal and professional brand communication.
Location: Brazil; fully remote. Working hours: standard working hours in EST.
Salary: USD 1,200–1,500 per month.

What you will do
- Edit supplied footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
- Draft audience-specific copy for personal and professional channels.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Distribute content for the law firm’s pages and the lead attorney’s personal accounts.
- Monitor comments and messages to support light community engagement.
- Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos, updates, and firm insights into social posts.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on social media management and video production experience for U.S.-based companies.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva, including captions, pacing, and hooks.
- Strong understanding of publishing dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to identify technical risks and recommend solutions.

- Experience marketing law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
