People Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with People Expertise Areas to co-create and implement the HR agenda.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for people-related matters.
• Build partnerships with business leaders and guide the implementation of People Team strategies.
• Assess organizational needs and recommend appropriate actions using critical thinking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience working in mid-sized organizations of approximately 500–1,000 employees, preferably in dynamic environments.
• Experience partnering with HR centers of expertise and delivering HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to lead through change, navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and people-data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied to HR.
