Business Analyst

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite or hybrid at the employer's location

Keydev is hiring a Business Analyst to join its Engineering Team.

What you will do

• Elicit, verify, document, and manage business requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Design object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers.
• Create project artifacts including Vision & Scope, SRS, and use cases.
• Review development progress with developers and stakeholders, providing feedback and updating requirements as needs evolve.
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and connect delivered features with business objectives and KPIs.
• Help stakeholders understand technical constraints and evaluate alternative solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience creating UI mockups and prototypes.
• Experience producing Vision and Scope documents, SRS, and other major requirements artifacts.
• Experience using UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams, as well as Atlassian products including Confluence and Jira.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban; fluent English at minimum B2+ level is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with API specifications and describing system interactions technically.
• Experience with data analysis tools or SQL for querying and validating data.
